RightPerson is a service provided by Manymore.com AS ("we", "us", "our") that enables verified communication between professionals and clients.
You undertake to use RightPerson only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. Misuse of the platform - including attempts to forge identity, disrupt sessions, or use the service for purposes it is not intended for is strictly prohibited.
Our pricing is based on the following:
Invoices are sent monthly and are due within 14 days, unless otherwise agreed. Contact support within 7 days of receiving the invoice if you discover errors or have questions.
It is your responsibility to protect the confidentiality of the account, and to ensure that only authorized persons initiate or receive calls with identity verification.
Clients may be asked to verify their identity using supported methods (such as BankID). Although we facilitate these checks, the final assessment and use of verification data remain your responsibility as a customer.
RightPerson is designed for professional use to a reasonable extent. Excessive, abusive, or automated use of the system - including mass sending of SMS, repeated verification attempts, or non-human use - may lead to limitation or suspension of the service.
We handle all data in accordance with our privacy policy. You agree not to store, share, or misuse identity or session data beyond what is necessary for your legitimate professional use.

We strive for round-the-clock availability but cannot guarantee uptime. The service or parts of it may be changed or discontinued at any time, with reasonable advance notice where possible.
RightPerson is provided "as is". Manymore.com AS is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost data or unauthorized access resulting from the use of the platform.
These terms are subject to Norwegian law. Disputes shall be handled by the courts in Oslo, Norway.
