Right Person is built by the right people
We're a team of analysts, technologists, service staff and developers who love solving difficult tasks. Put it this way: we could have chosen an easier segment than background checks. But we thrive when we can take complex problems and boil them down to safe and super-simple services that create value.
From our office in Oslo, we've created our own data platform with compliance and security at its core. This has led to customers from sensitive sectors trusting us with their tasks. We have customers among the courts, hospitals, IT companies, public institutions, care services, sports clubs and others where data protection and security are absolutely essential. You could say we're a bunch of systems thinkers. But even though much of our work involves systems and automation, we never forget that in the meeting between people and technology, people always come first. We never adjust so much as a single parameter without considering how it changes the experience for our users. People, the customer (yes, you!) always come first.
Safety as a service
We've built a secure, automated and highly user-friendly system for background checks. Candidates receive simple instructions by email, and then the system works automatically until everything is in place. You get a clear dashboard where you can see who's been checked and who's still in progress. We're also continuously integrating more useful features, such as an efficient system for collecting digital signatures.
Always security first
All relevant legislation, including GDPR, is taken into account throughout the background check process. Data security is also thoroughly safeguarded, with encryption of all stored files.
