Before activating the integration

• An active account with both Right Person and Hailey HR.
• Administrator access in both Hailey HR and Right Person to set up the connection.
• Contact Right Person to activate the integration.

How the integration works

Start the background check on an employee directly from Hailey, and Right Person takes it from there. We run the check automatically and send status updates and the final report back to the employee profile in Hailey. No file transfers, no scheduled sync. Everything happens in real time.

Data shared

From Hailey to Right Person:

• Employee's name, email and phone number
• Department

From Right Person to Hailey:

• Background check status
• The final report is automatically sent to Hailey HR
