Before activating the integration
- An active account with both Right Person and Jobbnorge.
- Administrator access in both Jobbnorge and Right Person to set up the connection.
- Contact Right Person to activate the integration.
How the integration works
Start the background check on a candidate directly from Jobbnorge, and Right Person takes care of the rest. The candidate receives a digital request to complete the check. The check only starts once the candidate has confirmed it, and the candidate identifies themselves with BankID. When the check is completed and the information verified, the final report is automatically sent back to the candidate profile in Jobbnorge.
Data shared
From Jobbnorge to Right Person:
- Candidate's name, email and phone number
- Job title and department
From Right Person to Jobbnorge:
- Background check status
- The final report is automatically sent to Jobbnorge
