Before activating the integration
- An active account with both Right Person and Jobylon.
- Administrator access in both Jobylon and Right Person to set up the connection.
- Contact Right Person to activate the integration.
How the integration works
Start the background check on a candidate directly from Jobylon, and Right Person handles the rest. The candidate receives a digital request to complete the check. The check only starts once the candidate has confirmed it and identified themselves with BankID (Norwegian or Swedish). We send status updates and the final report back to the candidate profile. No file transfers, no scheduled synchronisation. Everything happens in real time.
Data shared
From Jobylon to Right Person:
- Candidate's name, email and phone
- Role and department
From Right Person to Jobylon:
- Background check status
- Link to completed report
