Before activating the integration

• An active account with both Right Person and Simployer.
• Administrator access in both Simployer and Right Person to set up the connection.
• Contact Right Person to activate the integration.

How the integration works

Every new employee added to Simployer is automatically sent to Right Person for a background check using the pre-selected bundle. The candidate completes the check, and verified results are returned to the employee record in Simployer. Data moves via secure APIs, not manual file transfers. The final report is delivered as a secure link, so sensitive documents aren't duplicated across systems.

Data shared

From Simployer to Right Person:

• Employee's name, email and phone number
• Role and department

From Right Person to Simployer:

• Background check status
• Secure link to completed report
