How the integration works

Start the background check on a candidate directly from Teamtailor, and Right Person handles the rest. The candidate receives a digital request to complete the check. The check only starts once the candidate has confirmed it, and the candidate identifies themselves with BankID (Norwegian or Swedish). We send status updates and the final report back to the candidate profile in Teamtailor. No file transfers, no scheduled synchronisation. Everything happens in real time.

Data shared

From Teamtailor to Right Person:

• Candidate's name, email and phone
• Role and department

From Right Person to Teamtailor:

• Background check status
• The final report is automatically sent to Teamtailor

Privacy and documentation

Right Person is built in line with GDPR and national data protection law. You get a data processing agreement, documentation of processing, and traceability throughout the entire process.
