Do you have a Norwegian legal entity?

Yes. Right Person AS is a Norwegian limited company registered in the Brønnøysund Register Centre, with a Norwegian organisation number, Norwegian invoicing and Norwegian legal venue. The company is a wholly owned subsidiary of Skiwo AS.

What kind of checks do you cover?

Identity verification, credit check, criminal record certificate, education, employment history, reference check, business interests, PEP and sanctions, open sources and many more checks! Bundles are tailored to role and risk level.

Do you support framework agreements and dynamic purchasing systems?

Yes. We currently deliver to several public organisations under framework agreements and are familiar with ESPD, qualification requirements and award criteria in public procurement. We're happy to assist with documentation and input during the tender phase.

Where is the data stored?

Data is stored in data centres within the EU. We use established subcontractors for operations and infrastructure, and an updated list is available on request as part of the data processing agreement.

How do you handle access and candidate rights under GDPR?

Candidates have the right to access, rectification and deletion of their own data. Right Person has documented procedures for handling such requests within statutory deadlines, and the client can retrieve or delete candidate data via the platform themselves.

Tender processes take time. If your procurement threshold allows direct purchase, you can be up and running with background checks in days instead of months. We've structured the process to make internal clearance as simple as possible.

  1. Review the security documentation

    You'll receive a complete pack with ISO certificates, data processing agreement, subcontractor list and security procedures. Everything you need to clear internally with IT, legal and procurement.

  2. Get a quote tailored to your volume

    We put together a concrete price quote based on recruitment volume and which checks you need. You choose between a credit-based model and payment per check.

  3. Go live!

    Once the agreement is in place, we onboard you and your team, and help define bundles. Most customers are productive within a few days.
